September 9, 2021 – GenSpark announced today that it has been endorsed as a talent developer by OneTen, a coalition of leading firms with a mission to hire, promote, and advance one million Black individuals into family-sustaining careers in the next 10 years. As a OneTen talent developer, GenSpark joins top-tier education and skill-building organizations across the country in supporting Black talent—specifically those without a traditional four-year college degree—by upskilling these individuals to prepare for technical roles and connecting them to employers seeking to hire skilled & diverse talent. As an endorsed talent developer, GenSpark will further their vision to accelerate equity in the workplace and in society by lighting up pathways to career success for individuals from all backgrounds. The proven GenSpark model sets trained talent on a path to success while helping employers recast their workforce and create an employee base that better reflects society.
