Susan comes to GenSpark with more than 20+ years of experience supporting many industries solve their enterprise workforce challenges. Her prior employment includes regional market & national account leadership roles at Randstad US and Experis IT. Most recently, she led customer success sales teams at Revature & TalentPath while positioning the HTD model as a strategic initiative to decipher the tech talent shortage. Susan will be a member of the GenSpark Team reporting to Vishak Mallya. Her responsibilities include Business Development and Partnerships.
