The GenSpark Process
We’re with you each step of the way: Get In, Get Trained, and Get Hired!
Step 1: Get In
Submit an Application
Don’t worry, there is no commitment yet. Once you submit your application, if you meet the minimum criteria, a recruiter will reach out to you to answer any questions you have and to see which program you’d be a good fit for.
Step 2: Get Trained
We place you in either our Aspire Program (little to no programming experience) or our Accelerate Program (1-3 years of programming experience). Courses in each program vary in length. We have many different technology tracks that we train on: Java Full Stack, DevOps, L1 Support, AWS, Data Science/Analytics, and more! And we pay you to learn!
Step 3: Get Hired
Launch a Career
We take a hands-on approach to connecting you with our clients and their jobs. We work with them to understand their technology talent needs so that we train on exactly the most in-demand skills, and we leverage those connections on your behalf so all you need to do is complete your training and ace the interview process with our clients. That’s why 90% of GenSparkers find jobs through us.
Our Commitment to You
When you are hired and begin training, GenSpark pays you a weekly stipend. There is a short waiting period before getting placed at a company, during which you will be converted to a full-time GenSpark employee and paid an hourly rate with medical, dental, and vision benefits! Once placed, you will be required to fulfill your 12-18 month employment with GenSpark (length depends on assignment).
That’s it. No risk or upfront cost to you! Regardless if you are placed or not, you keep the pay and training you received from us!
