My inspiration for GenSpark was meeting a waiter with a computer science degree who couldn’t find a job as a programmer.

Namita is the CEO of GenSpark and co-founder of Pyramid Consulting. Her customer-centric focus drives her to create fresh solutions that help clients hire and staff better, with talent that addresses their most critical needs. Her passion for investing in and enhancing the careers and lives of a diverse group of aspiring IT professionals has resulted in the development of GenSpark.

Vishak Mallya

Coming from a family of educators, I’ve always believed that hidden potential in any person can be unlocked with the right guidance.

As the Global Business Head of GenSpark, Vishak is responsible for sales, client relationship management, talent development, and partnerships. He is focused on creating value for clients while simultaneously creating a real impact on society by enabling financial equity. Prior to joining GenSpark, Vishak spent almost two decades in the technology and management consulting industry servicing Banking and Financial Services clients. Vishak holds a Bachelors in Engineering from Bangalore University and a MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.

His passion is to create environments that are conducive to the recruitment of high-quality talent, promoting diversity and inclusion within each initiative.

Her analytical approach is balanced by a passion to help solve tough business issues while helping people achieve their desired careers.

Jill is director of recruitment for GenSpark. With over 15 years of experience in recruitment, Jill is an accomplished leader with expertise in attracting the top most talent for business. She is passionate about reaching the next generation of GenSparkers in hopes of advancing their careers.

LaShaun Solomon

Head of DE&I Partnership Development & Strategy

LaShaun joined the team as the Head of DE&I Partnership Development & Strategy. She oversees Pyramid’s intentionally inclusive efforts around diversity recruiting, employee and contingent staffing engagement, and community impact across the entire company portfolio which includes Pyramid Consulting, Pyramid Solutions, ScaleUp, and GenSpark. She comes to Pyramid with more than 13 years of experience in DE&I, marketing, business development, L&D, and operations for Fortune 50 companies including Comcast, NBCUniversal, HBO, Cox Communications, and global non-profit organizations. At Pyramid, her additional responsibilities will include reviewing our clients’ processes and controls against leading practice and industry frameworks to consult on improvements, designing activities of our DEI practice audit engagements, with a focus on strategic, operational and regulatory/compliance related risks, contributing to our company DEI knowledge base and internal practice development initiatives, and developing core marketing assets and content to further business development.

Abhishek Bothra

I have always felt giving back to society is extremely important for all of us, fortunately, GenSpark provides me with the platform.

Abhishek joined GenSpark as the Enterprise Sales lead. Prior to joining GenSpark, he worked at Accenture as Associate Director, primarily in BFSI space. Coming with Relationship, Sales, and Delivery background, he also has been instrumental in opening new logos for Accenture and managing complex delivery programs. He has completed his bachelor’s degree in engineering from Jadavpur University.

Preethi joined GenSpark as the Director of Resource Management. She is responsible for the allocation of resources to various projects or departments to aid in the success of GenSpark’s business and organizational goals. Preethi joins the team with over 10 years of progressive HR experience which includes driving employee experience through the development and execution of HR processes that impact culture, professional development, and performance management. Her specific strengths in building productive & rewarding relationships, and strategies with leadership to drive business success in an ever-changing environment will positively impact the future of GenSpark.

Jakia joined GenSpark as the Content Marketing Manager. She is responsible for creating engaging content for GenSpark’s target audience while also collecting & analyzing data to iterate and improve digital media practices. Prior to joining GenSpark, Jakia was in charge of the strategic and creative direction for a Commercial Real Estate firm. Her background in digital marketing allows her to successfully identify brand identity and establish strong online presence.
