The Story

Problem

The company required skilled engineers for implementing updates to their e-commerce platforms as a part of the digital transformation journey. The project was to be delivered in an Agile manner using multi-skilled pods. The individuals would need to be based in the office.

Solution

GenSpark delivered 2 teams of 7 engineers each consisting of Junior and Mid-level developers, testers and DevOps engineers in a period of 4 weeks.

Result

The client was able to successfully meet their schedules and further added two additional squads due to the success of the program. The GenSpark engineers are eligible to be hired at the end of 12 months to retain all the knowledge within the team.

In the wake of increasing awareness of inequality, the airline analyzed their company metrics and realized that there was a gap between leadership and frontline workers. They began what they called “Close the Gap Strategy” which focused on increasing the number of underrepresented groups in their workforce.
