An Atlanta-based Top 3 US Airline company required skilled engineers for implementing updates to their e-commerce platforms as a part of the digital transformation journey. The company required skilled engineers for implementing updates to their e-commerce platforms as a part of the digital transformation journey. The project was to be delivered in an Agile manner using multi-skilled pods. The individuals would need to be based in the office.
GenSpark delivered 2 teams of 7 engineers each consisting of Junior and Mid-level developers, testers and DevOps engineers in a period of 4 weeks.
The client was able to successfully meet their schedules and further added two additional squads due to the success of the program. The GenSpark engineers are eligible to be hired at the end of 12 months to retain all the knowledge within the team.

In the wake of increasing awareness of racial inequality, the airline analyzed their company metrics and realized that there was a diversity gap between leadership and frontline workers. They began what they called “Close the Gap Strategy” which focused on increasing the number of women, Black, and ethnic minority groups in their workforce.
In an effort to narrow the gap, they partnered with GenSpark to bring in new talent into their workforce. Utilizing GenSpark’s intentionally inclusive approach to training and client placement, GenSpark was able to further the airlines initiatives in this area.
